Biography

Scarlett Earley serves as Director of Development for the Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech. She brings nearly a decade of higher education advancement experience, with expertise in fundraising, donor relations, and strategic development. Prior to joining Aerospace Engineering, Scarlett served as Director of Regional Development covering the state of Florida and previously as Associate Director of Development in Georgia Tech's Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts. She has also held the role of Associate Director of Donor Relations at Georgia State University and supported development efforts in Georgia Tech's College of Engineering, working within the Schools of Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering. Scarlett earned both a bachelor's degree in Communication and a Master of Public Administration from Valdosta State University. She is a graduate of Georgia Tech's Leading Women@Tech program and Inclusive Leaders Academy, where she earned the designation of Culture Champion. An Atlanta native, Scarlett lives in the area with her husband and their two young children.
