COMPUTATIONAL AERODYNAMICS LAB

School of Aerospace Engineering
Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA 30332-0150

Welcome to the CAL homepage at Georgia Tech !

Computational Aerodynamics Laboratory produces most of the Rotorcraft CFD and acoustics research for the Center of Excellence for Rotorcraft Technology at Georgia Tech.
CAL was founded by Prof. Sankar. Since then computational modeling of complex fluid flows has been conducted by him and many graduate students. The CFD research done at CAL resulted in several first-of-its-kind codes such as 3-D transonic viscous flow solvers and 3-D unsteady rotorcraft solvers.
