All three AE classrooms (442 Design Lab, 244 and 246) are equipped with audio-visual (A-V) facilities that will allow computer presentations, DVD and VHS video presentations, or video from the campus cable network. In addition, the systems can accept video or computer signals from external devices through a small input panels on the lectern. The system in 442 can project two different images concurrently to adjoining screens. Each room has a slightly different A-V system so there are separate User Manuals below for each.
AE Conference Room 317 in the Knight Building is also equipped with a similar A-V capability to what is included in the classrooms. This system is housed in a free-standing lectern.
AE Conference Room 325 in the Knight Building is equipped with a video conferencing system. It also has an SVGA projector.
Finally, a SVGA projector is available in the AE Computer Lab (Knight 318) but only a single video connector for use with a laptop is available.
Instructions for the use of these systems can be obtained at the OIT Classroom Technology site. More specific information for some of these rooms is available at:

To report problems with the systems in classrooms 244, 246 and 442, please contact OIT directly at x4-4669 or contact the AE administrative assistant. Report problems with the other systems to the AE IT staff.
