Buzz Cards
All students enrolled at Georgia Tech are issued a Buzz Card for identification and other purposes. The School of Aerospace Engineering uses the Buzz Card to provide access control to its buildings and labs. At the start of each semester, the AE access lists are cleared and access enabled for AE students and students taking AE courses.
Default Access Permissions
The following table shows the default student access permissions for doors controlled by AE.

Special Access
There are situations where students need access to doors other than the above. These are handled by submitting this form to Susan Jackson, Room 311 Knight Building. This form will need to be signed by a sponsoring faculty or staff member and is valid for one semester.
Access Problems
The access lists built at the start of the semester usually result in a small percentage of students having no access. If your Buzz card does not get into a door that you should have access to contact Susan Jackson. (add form later).
