Program of Study Flowcharts

1999-2001 General Catalog

July 2002

The following program of study flowcharts provide a graphical description of the AE undergraduate degree program in a manner that make it easy to see prerequisite relationships between courses. The flowcharts show the courses arranged in a grid with each row corresponding to a particular semester and the columns used to separate each course. A key that describes the graphical features is provided at the top of each flowchart. You are encouraged to print copies of a flowchart and use it to plan and mark off your progress in your program of study. You should discuss these plans with your AE Academic Advisor who will help you work out any details.

These forms will require that you have the Adobe Acrobat plug-in installed in your browser so that you can properly display and print PDF files. This plug-in is available from Adobe Systems.

Basic Program Flowcharts

Flowchart for Undergraduate Degree Program (Section 1999-A1-Dec2000)
This flowchart is for students entering in 1999 & 2000 and for students transferring from the quarter program. Section A1 shows one of two course sequence arrangements (see below for Section A2; others are also possible). Please note that this flowchart is for planning purposes only, and that the current Georgia Tech Catalog (with ammendments) is the final authority for all degree programs. This revision now shows AE3521 as a co-requisite for AE4350, rather than a prerequisite as in the 1999-2001 Catalog.
