Special Problems Permit Request Form
To be eligible for AE Special Problems courses, you must:
  1. Complete this form online.
  2. Save it as YourLastName, YourFirstName.pdf
  3. Email it to the professor supervising the work for approval.
  4. The advising professor should email the form with his/her approval to the Academic Office at permits@ae.gatech.edu. They will apply a permit for you to register for the course.
