Experience

 

Senior Research Scientist, School of Aerospace Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology (May 2004 - Present).  Principal Investigator in research projects involving damage tolerance analysis of rotorcraft composites, reliability analysis, and nondeterministic prognostic modeling.  Advising graduate students on M. S. and Ph. D. theses, and special topics projects in aerospace engineering. 

 

Principal Engineer, Enabling Technologies, Delta Air Lines (March 2001-May 2004).  Leading the development of structural risk assessment methodologies and the development of data analysis tools for aircraft structural health monitoring.  Also, leading R&D and operational support projects that involve finite element modeling and reliability analysis for aircraft applications.
